This Weekend 5/20/11

This weekend I'm hopefully going to get over being sick, so I can go play basketball. I also want to go to the beach, shopping or go swimming somewhere. I might start studying for my permit this weekend. I'll most likely get stuck babysitting. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do over my weekend, but hopefully it's something fun.

5/17/11

If I could change one thing about myself, it would most likely be my being tired all the time. If I wasn't so tired all the time then I could do more things, like go for walks, play sports, or maybe even read more. I could pretty much do anything I'm unable to do because I'm always tired. Also I would want to learn more, and I would be able to learn more.

T.V./ Movies 5/11/11

I spend about fifty to seventy hours, or so watching movies every week. I like mystery, adventure, comedy, scary, action, and romantic type of movies and shows. Basically anything eye catching, and interesting. CSI: Miami, Law and Order: SVU, The Secret Life of a American Teenager, and Pretty Little Liars are a  few of my favorite shows. I don't really like reality shows, because I think they're pretty fake. I also don't really like war or history shows. I think war is absurd, and I don't care much about history.

Project 5/3/11

Kit is on the "Dolphin" which is a boat. She is taking the Dolphin to America, to her family in Connecticut. After she gets there she realized she was unwanted there, and was an outsider. Later on in the book she meets an elderly woman named Hannah, Hannah was suspected on being a witch for being a "Quaker". Since Kit becomes friends with this old woman, the town starts to believe Kit might also be a witch. Strange things start to happen after Kit gets there, so is she a witch? There is a lot of ups and Downs in this book, and a few lessons to be learned. While reading this story you get to experience all the fear, anger, loss, sadness, hope, and lesson(s) that Kit experiences.

5/2/11

I think the message in the book so far is, about a young confused trouble making girl that learns how to behave herself, how to help, and how to respect others. A long the way she meets new people, like Hannah and Prudence they make her realize shes better than what she thought she was. A lesson we today could learn is not to judge others, because you're most likely wrong. Also another lesson is even if you're disobedient don't mean that you're a bad person.
